  • Alignment meeting with CEO, VP of People, and other founders
  • Remote interviews conducted by me
  • Selection of up to 10 people to be interviewed
  • Presentation of Assessment results to the leadership group
  • Kickoff meeting with the people being interviewed
  • Optional: Presentation of results to the interviewed group
